McDermott Historical Buildings
Located at 2274 McDermott-Pond Creek Road in McDermott, this stone building was once the home of Lafayette Taylor, built with stone from the Taylor Stone Company. Today, the building serves as a nursing home and rehab center. Visitors to the area can view the many vintage buildings constructed of sandstone quarried in McDermott.
